Two hour booking minimum, 50% deposit + travel expenses for east coast fly me to you.

Surcharge  $500 for same-day bookings. 

Three hour booking minimum, 50% deposit + travel expenses for west coast fly me to you.

Surcharge of $500 for same-day bookings.

Forty-eight hour booking minimum, 50% deposit + travel expenses (travel time included) for international fly me to you.

Surcharge of $500 for same-day bookings.
